Post-Hurricane Michael Health Assessment

The Florida Department of Health in Bay County is conducting a door-to-door community assessment to understand the health needs of Bay County residents post-Hurricane Michael.  Residents are kindly asked to answer the door when volunteers come to your home on October 22 (Tuesday), October 23 (Wednesday), and October 24 (Thursday) to ask some questions about how Hurricane Michael has affected residents’ lives and health.
