Livescan Fingerprint Services

We are a LiveScan provider for fingerprints.  Everything is submitted electronically.  Note: There will not be any hard copies of the fingerprints.

Fingerprints are by appointment only.  Appointment times are: Monday-Friday 9:30 amto 3:30 pm. Please call 850-872-4455 and select option 6 to schedule an appointment.

Please bring:

  • Your valid driver’s license
  • Your ORI Number (Organization Identifier Number)

If the ORI Number is not included in your paperwork, please obtain it prior to the appointment by calling the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) at (850) 487-1395.

Fingerprints only will be a charge of $100.00. Fingerprints with a photo will be $125.00.

Methods of payment accepted are Master Card or Visa, personal check on the clients account and/or cash.

Only the client will be permitted to attend the appointment.  Please make arrangements for childcare.
