Title X Federal funding program for sterilization now provides vasectomies in addition to tubal ligations for those who have no insurance. The cost is based on household income and can range from $0 - $550.00 for vasectomies and $0 - $1200.00 for tubal ligations. The procedures are performed at a medical facility outside the health department by one of our contracted physicians. Must be over 21 years of age
No insurance
