Public Health Preparedness
The Public Health Preparedness (PHP) program provides operational and tactical level planning to support preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation from natural and man-made disasters. The PHP prepares Bay County for public health emergencies such as severe weather conditions, wildfires, disease outbreak, and biological events. Planners collaborate with local, regional, and state response partners to ensure a coordinated and unified effort.
