DOH-Bay Lifts Water Quality Health Advisory

Bay County, Fla. The Florida Department of Health in Bay County (DOH-Bay) is lifting the advisory for high bacterial levels for the following location:

Bid-A-Wee Beach (SP 4)

13601 Front Beach Road

Panama City Beach, FL 32401 

Tests completed on Monday, July 28, 2025, indicate that the water quality at the above location shows an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state guidelines. Test results are available at FloridaHealth.gov/HealthyBeaches.
