Our free virtual prenatal breastfeeding class offers expectant parents practical, evidence-based guidance to help you feel confident and prepared before your baby arrives. We cover what to expect in the first days after birth, how to establish a strong latch, recognize feeding cues, and troubleshoot common challenges. Whether this is your first baby or you’re looking for a refresher, the class empowers you with skills, knowledge, and reassurance for a positive breastfeeding experience.
