The Florida Department of Health in Bay County’s (DOH-Bay) clinicians and nurses provide the following services:
- Immunizations
- Women’s health exams
- STD exams
- Family planning services and counseling
- TB testing
- HIV testing
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. The cost of services depends on Financial Eligibility and/or Sliding Fee Scale. Medicaid, Medicare, and most Third Party Insurance are welcome. Some services have set fees. Please inquire at the time of services. Services are payable by cash, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
Although appointments are not required for all clinics, we encourage appointments so we can see you as quickly as possible. Scheduled appointments are seen ahead of walk-in clients. DOH-Bay is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
